Aleyamma Baby

Aleyamma Baby (Marykutty) was born on July 29,1947 to late Mr. Abraham Koshy and Annamma Abraham of Oollirickal House, Ranny, Kerala. Amma was the eldest of eight siblings,, Kunjumon, late Georgekutty, Shanthamma, Rosamma, Jose, Regi, ,Wilson, and Vijayan. She was the right hand of her loving husband, caring Amma, Ammachi and kindhearted sister. Also, Amma had a very deep relationship with her husband’s family and always care about each family member. In 2000, she moved to Dallas, TX with her husband and son from Chittar, Kerala. In 2007 she retired from Baylor Health system and decided to spend more time with her family. Amma will be remembered for her friendly smile and energetic nature which led to establishing a great relationship with her family and friends. She sought out every opportunity to spend time with her grandkids, telling her own childhood stories to them, playing and singing with them. Amma enjoyed reading, gardening, and cooking. Despite her recent diagnosis, Amma always kept a positive attitude and great faith. In the last few months even when she had severe pain and low energy, she always thanked God for her great life and supporting family. Amma touched many lives while she was here and she will be tremendously missed. Although Amma is not here with us today, she has left us with great memories that will last forever. Amma is survived by her beloved husband Baby Mathai, daughter Daisy, son-in-law Peace, grandchildren Angela, Anita, and Austin, daughter Shiny, son-in-law Jose, grandchildren Lydia, and Lia, Son Shiju, daughter-in-law Salu, grandchildren Sanjay and Sachin, and countless family members.
