Survived by wife of 27 years, Debra Lockart; children, Darla Diaz 46, Charles B. Lockhart, III, 43, Jessica Nicole Derr 33; grandchildren, Amanda Olguin 22, Charles Lockhart 20, Jessica Lockhart 18, Olivia Lockhart 14, Haley Lockhart, Emma Derr, Ethan Derr 4; brother, Joe; sisters, Betty Chalk, Tina Stokes,(Honey) Wanda Santora; numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be 11:00AM Saturday May 18, 2013 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX. 75182. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5:00PM " 7:00PM.
