Cheyenne Faith Simmons

Cheyenne Faith Simmons was born on December 19, 1996 and passed away on May 2, 2017. Cheyenne is survived by her fiance, Corey Champlin; son, Luke Allen Champlin; parents: David and Monika Simmons; brothers, Jake Gililland and Beau Simmons; Mike and Carol Simmons of Forney, Texas, Johnny and Rosemarie Wilson of Locust Grove, Oklahoma and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A visitation will be held for Cheyenne from 1:00PM-3:00PM Saturday May 6, 2017 at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas. Funeral Service will be on Monday May 8, 2017 at 2:00PM at Fellowship Baptist Church in Forney, with interment to follow at New Hope Memorial Gardens.
