Survived by wife of 47 years, Margaret Sipe; children, Kimberly Diane Risinger, Judy Gale Browning & husband, Mike, Christi Ann Blackshear & husband, Tom; grandchildren, Brooke Browning, Bridget Browning, Kaci Blackshear; brother, Robert L. Sipe,niece and nephew, Katie & Christopher Sipe. Service will be 10:00AM Thursday March 14, 2013 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX.
