Kami LeGene Martin

Kami LeGene (Stroud) Martin, 46, passed away at home on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 in Forney, Texas. She was born September 18, 1970 in Dallas, Texas to Eugene Ray Stroud and Donna Jean (Beaver) Stroud. Kami graduated from Mesquite High School where she enjoyed playing basketball.She also enjoyed going to Ranger games and local high school football games. Kami enjoyed all games, but especially Sorry and Skip-Bo. She worked for State Farm Insurance for many years. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Tony Martin; her mother; sisters; brother; nephews and nieces; brother in laws; sister in law as well as many friends. Visitation will be at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 10:00 am.Services will be conducted by Rev. Paul Stroud on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11:00 am at New Hope Funeral Home.Burial will follow at Collier Chapel Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Texas.
