Kim Denise Young-Counts

Kim Denise Fauci-Counts born July 2nd, 1959 passed away on May 23rd, 2016. She is preceded in death by son Taylor Skinner. She is survived by husband Michael Counts, beautiful daughter Brittany Skinner, step daughter Shelby Counts, Mother Alice, Father Robert Fauci Sr, and siblings Donna, Bobby, Ricky, and Rodger. Kim was a devoted mother, wife, sister, aunt, friend and soon to be grandma by her step daughter Shelby. Kim wanted nothing more than to have grandchildren to spoil. Nothing meant more to Kim than a family get-together for the holidays, a girls shopping trip on black Friday, or a camping trip with her friends. She loved sitting around the campfire and sharing her ALWAYS entertaining stories! She had so much pride in her children. Brittany,an accomplished scholar and highly regarded AG teacher at Corsicana High School, and Taylor,an EMT. Some of Kim's most meaningful relationships were formed while working at United Healthcarefrom 09/13/1982 until 10/29/2007. She never met a stranger. She was bubbly, friendly and outgoing! Kim LOVED to shop, and loved to coupon!Another one of her favorite hobbies was decorating her home. She would often change the house around- replacing things, changing color schemes and paint, and sometimes rearranging the entire house in a day! Make- up and Hair were also important to Kim! She would never leave home without having both up to par! She always reminded us to never 'go fishing with no bait!' Kim loved to talk, and had “no filter” and younever knew what was going to come out of her mouth! We loved her for these things, and not hearing her voice or being able to share our stories with her will sadden our hearts and make us all remember how deeply we loved and cared for her over the years. Whether you know her as The Princess, Kim-bo, Aunt Kim or Alice- she will forever hold a specialplace in our hearts, and will never be forgotten.
