Survived by Matthew Henzen; children, Johnathan Bailey Leal Brice, Madison Grace Henzen, McKinnley Faith Henzen; mother, Diana Lynn Brice; brothers, James & Ronita Brice; sister, Shelley & Michael Welborn; nieces, Payton, Kaitlin and Kelsey Welborn, Avery, Whytni and Preslee Brice; numerous family, friends, cousins, uncles and aunts. Service will be 12:00PM Wednesday October 8, 2014 at New Hope Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 5:00PM - 7:00PM.
