Louella Frances Toler

Louella Frances (Fran) Toler went to be with the Lord on December 6, 2016. She retired from the Mesquite Independent School District in July 1987, and was a long time member of the First Presbyterian Church of Mesquite. Fran was born in Greenville, Texas on February 17, 1925 to Robert and Euna Smithers, a faithful and loving wife for 65 years to her husband, Lorie Eldon (Rick) Toler who preceded her in death in 2008.She is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Carol Smithers of Longview, TX, 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Phillip Sellers of Midlothian, Texas and Joy and Billie Stewart of Mesquite, Texas.She was blessed with four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, who she loved.A daughter, Susan Kay Toler, and a granddaughter, Susan Kay Sellers preceded her in death.Friends are invited to join with family in honoring her on Saturday, December 10, 2016 between 9:30AM and 11:00AM at the New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX.A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon at the Plano Mutual Cemetery, 2128 18th St., Plano, TX. Rev. Tom Wilbanks will be officiating.
