Survived by children, Sara O'Neal Murray, Elizabeth Nicole Murray, Leiya Brewer and Amy; 3 grandchildren; mother, Joyce Nicholson; brother, Bryan D. Nicholson; sisters, Pamela Angerer and Carla Jones; ex-wife, Sally Murray Neetze (married 18 years); numerous nieces and nephews.
