Nolon Roy Burris

Nolon Roy Burris of Mesquite,born June 11, 1943 went home to be with the Lord on May 14, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Faye and his parents, Marvin and Wanda Burris. Nolon is survived by his wife of 22 years Betty; children, Kemp and Melanie; grandchildren, Alexandra, Caleb, Samuel, Caden; great grandchildren, Taylor; brothers, Gaylon and Danny; many other family and friends;numerous nieces and nephews. He received his degree in Theology from Liberty University. Services will be held at Galloway Avenue Baptist church, 1930 Galloway Ave., Mesquite, TX. 75149 onTuesday May 19, 2015 at 11:00AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment immediately following at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Galloway Avenue Baptist Church.
