Opal Fleta Duckworth

DUCKWORTH, Opal of October 17, 1924 passed away November 30, 2014. Opal died peacefully with her family members at her side.She battled Alzheimer's disease during her final years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Duckworth and daughter, Mary. She is survived by three sons, Loyd Duckworth & wife, Kay, David Duckworth & wife, Carol, Charles Duckworth & wife, Diane; three daughters, Betty Nesbit & husband, Charles, Judy Dodd and Teresa Eastep & husband, Dennis; brother, William Tillison & wife, Doris; sister, Babe Shoemaker & husband, Elbert; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an amazing woman who in her 80's was still mowing her yard and working in the garden.She is at peace now and was loved and will be dearly missed by all. Service will be 12:00Noon Thursday December 4, 2014. Visitation will be Thursday morning one hour prior to service. Interment in Long Creek Cemetery, Sunnyvale, TX.
