Ruby Layne

Ruby Layne was born on November 13, 1915 and passed away on May 5, 2017. Ruby was raised in Tripp and graduated from Mesquite High School and became a seamstress.She then met and married her husband Ernest Clay Layne from Forney, Texas and they lived their whole lives in Mesquite, Texas. Ruby is survived by her children: Don R. Layne and wife Mary Ann, Sondra Layne Hayes; grandchildren: Brett L. Anderson, Corby Layne, and Stacy Anderson; five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held for Ruby on Tuesday May 9, 2017 at 11:00 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Forney, Texas.
