Shirley Jo Padon

PADON, Shirley of Balch Springs peacefully went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 26th.She was the daughter of Bruce and Evelyn Harrell of Dallas, Texas. Shirley was born on August 19, 1934 in San Antonio, Texas.She attended Rockwall High School.Shirley held various office positions with different companies in the Dallas area.Her greatest love was being a mother to her two sons and all the neighborhood children. Shirley was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church.She was an avid reader with a plethora of books, which were donated to the Balch Springs Public Library. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Bruce and Evelyn Harrell, and sisters, Joy McDonald and Nois Gregg. She is survived by her sister Lois Davis; son Doug Padon and wife Vickie (Royse City); son Russell Padon and wife Pam (Rowlett); grandchildren: Kollin Padon, Jordan Padon, Mason Turner, Logan Padon, Logan Turner, Garrett Turner, Riley Padon and Brynn Padon; numerous nieces and nephews.
