Tilli Nicholas Warren

Tilli Nicholas Warren - age 87, of Mesquite, TX, went home to be with the Lord early Tuesday morning, January 13, 2015. She was a member of South Garland Baptist Church and has many friends and memories at Mimosa Lane Baptist Church. She grew up in Avery, TX living on a farm with five brothers and two sisters where she learned the value of hard work. She was an awesome cook and enjoyed cooking everyone's favorites. She was an accomplished seamstress and created beautiful clothing and that talent extended to creating her own furniture as well. She was blessed with a "green thumb" and loved growing plants and vegetables. She was a lifelong patriot and loved America. She is preceded in death by her parents Howell and Sally Nicholas, her five brothers, two sisters, and husband Joe Warren. She is survived by her three children Paula Bennett (Bob Bunch), Mark Robinson (Sheri Robinson), and Tim Robinson (Janine Robinson). She has three grandchildren Amber Osborne (Brian Osborne), Katie Robinson, and Lauren Robinson. She has two great grandchildren Ella And Ava Osborne. A special thank you to all the staff at Brookdale Independent Living for their care and love for Tilli. The family will receive friends on Friday January 16th from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm prior to the service at 2:00 pm at New Hope Funeral Home in Mesquite, TX. A graveside service will be held in Avery, TX on Saturday January 17th at 2:00 pm at Avery Cemetery.
