Coronavirus Notice

In response to Covid-19, we are announcing the following changes to our normal business practices for the duration of the Crisis:

1. Funeral arrangements may be made by phone, rather than coming into our facility. Necessary documents that need a signature will be sent via DocuSign to your email address. We can also FaceTime you to help in selections for your loved one, including sending you images of caskets, outer burial containers, urns and other merchandise. All pricing information can be sent via email.

2. If you choose to come into our facility to make arrangements, a maximum of 3 family members are allowed. At least one family member should be immediate next of kin if possible.

3. The number of people allowed for viewing and visitation and all services at New Hope will be limited to remain compliant with the current recommendations set forth by the Town of Sunnyvale, Dallas County and the State of Texas. Currently, the maximum number allowed is 10 people.

4. The number of people that can attend a funeral or memorial service at an outside Church or other facility will be limited to remain compliant with the city and county where the facility is located.

5. Graveside services at New Hope Cemetery will be limited to 50 people. Social distancing will be strongly urged by our staff.

6. During this Covid-19 Crisis, all of the deceased entering our facility MUST be embalmed. No exceptions.

7. If you decide to postpone the funeral service or memorial service of your recently departed loved one until the Covid-19 Crisis is over so more family members and friends can attend, please call and speak with one of our funeral directors.

Thank you for your understanding during this time.
Please call and speak with us if you have further questions. 972-226-2111
