Barbara Joan Cardozo was unexpectedly called home on March 9, 2019. Barbara is the daughter of the late Walter and Mildred Brown of Lebanon, NY and sister-in-law of the late Terry Bingham of Brainard, NY. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and best friend!! She was one of a kind!! (Remember that) who cherished her family and lived her life to the fullest!!!!!!!!!! She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Nelson Cardozo;five children: Mitchell Whalen and wife Susan of North Hoosick Falls, NY, Mark Whalen and wife Sandy of Pittsfield, MA, Tracy D’Agostino and husband Dominic of Pittsfield, MA, Kimberly Floutin and husband Ralph of Garland, TX, Colleen Cardozo of Terrell, TX; sisters: Jean Lansley of Nassau, NY, Judy Bingham of Brainard, NY; long life friend, Loretta Martin of Cheshire, MA; grandchildren: Shannon Powers, Josh Whalen, Rebecca Mulligan, Jessica and Shane Whalen, Jennifer and Ryan, Chojnowski, Keirstin Cook, Josh Floutin, Jesse and Molly Cardozo; great grandchildren: Logan, Conner and Mackenzie Powers, Rowan Mulligan, Finley and Avery Whalen, Quenten and Mackenzie Whalen, Tamia, Tiana, Jayce Patrick, Harper Cook, Paige Floutin; great great grandchild, Jayden Whalen; nieces: Tammy Sears, Stacy Mazzeo, Christine Kochem, Arlene Kincaid, Debbie Ramsey. She treasured every moment she spent with her family. She was a Dallas Cowboy fan, she never missed a game.The loss of our family angel cannot be put into word, though your love will live forever in our hearts; you will be missed every moment.We love you always and forever.
