Candy Lynn Peyton

Candy Lynn Peyton, age 59, of Terrell, Texas passed away on Friday (March 16, 2018) after a courageous battle with cancer. Candy was born January 17, 1959 in Los Angeles, California to LeRoy and Alyce Wickersham.She married Curtis Neal Peyton on July 5, 2006. She lived in Santa Fe, Texas.She loved her job at the Hampton Inn, then with Fairview Inn in Texas City, Texas. Survivors include her children, Dion Jones II and wife Tara.Katy Bassford and husband Shane.Michael Jones and wife Mandy. Wendy Romo and husband Arthur, 10 beautiful grandchildren.Allison, Arthur, Kayla, Micah, Mykala, Dakota, Carter, Dion II, Dallas and Dylan.Sisters, Tammy Shafer, Sandy Dennison and Shery Bowman.Brothers, LeRoy Jr. Larry, Perry, Danny and Ricky, and their spouses.Several nieces and nephews. Was preceded in death by her parents and brother Randy Allen Wickersham. Per Candy’s request we will be having a celebration of life on April 7th at 4pm.277 County Rd 1219, Rusk, TX.
