Deloris is preceded in death by her parents: John Penny and Laura Westmoreland Penny; brothers: Lynn Johnston, Bobby Johnston; and sister, Joyce Nicholson. Deloris is survived by her brother, Bill Johnston, sister, Doris Carpenter and numerous nieces and nephews. You will be missed so much. We love you Aunt Dee.
