Jacqueline Kay Arteberry 72, of Mesquite, TX. Passed away on August 31, 2019. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 6, 2019 from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm followed by a rosary from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm at New Hope Funeral Home.Final services will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 10:00.Memorial contributions and condolences may be left at www.newhopefh.com Jacque was born on October 28, 1946 in Cawker City, KS to Henry and Eva Streit.She graduated from Cawker City High School in 1964 and married James Leon Arteberry in October of 1967.She was a homemaker for many years followed by being a legal assistant for 15 years.She enjoyed ceramics, needlepoint, and other forms of crafting.She will be dearly missed by family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and father Henry and Eva Streit, her sister Judy Jocile Streit as well as her nephew Aaron Cooksey and niece Sherri McCarthy.She is survived in death by her daughter Cheryl, her sisters Joleen, Twyla, Vickie, Phyllis and Lynda, as well as her brothers, Dennis, Darwin and David.
