Nora Louise Womack

Nora Louise “Lisa” Womack passed peacefully from this life the morning of October 18, 2019 after several hard years of struggling with health issues. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and friends during the last days of her life. Lisa was born on November 30, 1934 in Bruceville-Eddy, Texas, but moved to Dallas in 1954. In 1981, after raising her 3 children, Lisa, and her husband Bob, moved to Post Oak Bend outside Kaufman, Texas where she resided the remainder of her life. Lisa is survived by Bob Womack her husband of 63 years, her children and their spouses, Karen & Joe McSpadden, Karla & Tim Powell, and Dwain & Judy Womack; her 7 Grandchildren and their spouses and 10 Great Grand-children. She is also survived by 4 siblings and their spouses: Wanda Whitling, Jack & Wilma Day, Cecil & Eva Day, and David & Judy Day. There are also In-Laws, Nieces, Nephews, Honorary Grandchildren & countless adopted family members. She was preceded in death by her parents Cecil & Lucile Day and her siblings, Clayton Day, J.W. Day, Wayne Day, Rose Loesch, & Kenneth Day.
