Phyllis Jean Medford

Phyllis Jean Medford’s Obituary Phyllis Jean Medford, 70, passed away on Tuesday January 28, 2020 at home with her family. Born in Harlan, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Warren and Loraine Day Moore. Phyllis graduated from El Centro College in Dallas in 1983. Phyllis had a successful career as a nurse until her retirement. She is preceded in death by her parents Warren and Loraine Day Moore, brother Charles Moore, sisters Joyce Ann Moore, Wanda Mohler, Peggy White and Sharon Jones. Phyllis is survived by her husband Johnny, daughter Darla Davis, daughter Sharon Palmer and husband Joe Palmer, 4 Grandchildren: John Patterson, Justin Palmer and wife Shayna, Chelsea Palmer, Ciera Cliff and 3 Great Grandchildren: Blaire Mormon, Kylee Cockrill, and Llana Anyanya, sister Geri Moore Dugger, and brothers Warren Moore, Phillip Ray Moore, and Timmy Moore and wife PJ.
