Alfred D. Hipps Al went to join The Lord on September 13, 2008 after a long illness. He was born to parents Oliver D. and Mamie on August 6, 1940 in Maryville, Tenn.He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jack, Charles, and Harold; sister Rose. He is survived by 4 children, Mike Hipps and wife Cindy of Rowlett, TX, Theresa Bogges and husband Rex of Elgin, TX, Lisa Mays of Elgin, TX, Sherrie Shively and husband Kevin of Frisco, Tx.; brothers Joe Hipps of Maryville, TN, Don Hipps of Seattle, WA; sisters, Alma Hipps of Tracy, CA, Mattie Perez of Pittsburg, CA; and 5 grand children Corey, Amanda, Shane, Alyssa, and Morgan. He was an avid fisherman. Memorial Service will be held on Friday September 19, 2008 at 3:30 P.M. at Fellowship of Frisco located at 4659 Coit Rd. Frisco, Texas 75035.
