Andrew Harold Muhl, III, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on October 19, 1957, Andy dedicated much of his life to his work as a foreman in the fiber optic cable industry with John B. Cox. His experience and dedication made him a respected leader among his colleagues.
Andy found his greatest joy in family. His wife, Lindy, and their children, Charity, Andrew IV, Nicole & her husband Brandon Doyle, and Candace & her husband Justin Ramirez, were the center of his world. Nothing brought him more happiness than spending time with them, sharing laughs, stories, and cherished moments. His grandchildren, Aiden, Zachary, Anthony, Lucy, Lilah, and Gabriel, were his pride and joy, and he loved creating lasting memories with them.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Lindy, and their children & their spouses, 6 grandchildren, as well as his mother, Linda, brother Peter, sister-in-law Sally, brother Kip, sister-in-law Linda, sister Sally, and brother-in-law Ryan, and many nieces, nephews, aunts an uncles.He will be deeply missed by his family and friends who knew him as a kind, loving, and dedicated man.
Andrew was preceded in death by: his granddaddy Andrew Muhl, Sr., grandmother Louise Muhl, brother Victor Muhl, father Andrew Muhl, II, mother Peggy O'Hara, and grandson Charlie Ramirez.
Family viewing will take place on June 9, 2026, at 10:00am at New Hope Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 11:00am. Andy will be laid to rest at New Hope Memorial Gardens Garden of Serenity on the same day.
