After a long and courageous battle with cancer and pneumonia.Billie Lee "Bennett" Wolfsmith went to be with our lord on Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at the age of 64.She passed away at a local hospital in Ft. Worth surrounded by her husband & two daughters.She was born on November 02, 1938 in Ft. Worth, Texas. Billie was gainfully employed for 24 years with Hanson Pipe & Products in Dallas, Texas as an Admin. Assistant in the Accounts Payables Department.She was a long-time member of AMVETS Auxillary Post 23 and VFW Auxillary Post 8235 where she unselfishly contributed her time, talents & efforts even throughout her illness.She will be missed greatly for her spirit, kindness and mere presence in this world. Preceeded in death by father James L. Mills, Sr. and Harvey L Ward; Billie is survived by her husband, Dean Thomas Wolfsmith, daughters, Tammy Richards of Dallas, Oregon; Katherine Moore of Mesquite; mother Maud Ella Mills of Ft. Worth; brother, James L. Mills, Jr.; sisters, Sue McCormick, Betty Etheridge, Beatrice Elmore, and Barbara Walker; grandchildren Shawn, Brenda and Garold Howe; Justin Bennett and Joshua Moore; half-brother and sisters of Washington, Harvey, Sharon, Carol and Nancy. Ps. last but not least"Troubles" Interment will be on Tuesday, April 01, 2003, promptly at 10:00 am at the DFW National Cemetery. I will love you forever and a day -always. - Dean-O.
