Bobby Nichols

NICHOLS , Bobby G. passed away in Forney at his residence on October 24,2003. He was born in Crandall, Texas on September 14, 1936.He was a very loving father and very devoted to his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, George H. and Verda Mae Nichols and his sister, Betty Roland. He is survived by his brother, George Edward Nichols of Paris, Texas.Four Children:Sue Duncan, Tina Johnson, Penny Loer, and Bobby A. Nichols, all of Forney,eight Grandchildren:Lindsay, Robert, Brittany, Bram, Corey, Whittany, Katelynn and Kortney, three Great Grandchildren;Tristin, Taylor and Tyler.He also had many special nieces, nephews and an overwhelming amount of friends. Funeral Services will be held at First Baptist Church, 309 S. Bois d' Arc in Forney at 1:00 o'clock onSunday, October 26th with Rev. Jerry Griffin officiating and interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Forney. Visitation will be held at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy 80, Sunnyvale, Texas from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, on Saturday, October 25th. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to American National Bank, PO Box 969, Forney, TX 75126 (In Memory of Bobby G. Nichols), to help with funeral expenses.
