Carolyn Jane Accomando

Carolyn Jane Accomando, 64, passed away on April 6, 2022, in Forney, TX.  Mrs. Accomando was born on April 15th, 1957, in Dallas, Texas, to Jep and Ruby (Skinner) Anderson.

Carolyn is survived by Jeremy Routsong - son, of Forney, Kimberly Routsong - daughter, of Forney, Misty Routsong - daughter-in-law, of Forney, Ashton Winters - grandson, of Terrell, Ethan Morgan - grandson, of Euless, her cousins, nephews, nieces, great grandchildren, and countless friends.

Carolyn is preceded in death by Jep Anderson - father, Ruby Anderson - mother, Mary Anderson - sister, Donald Anderson - brother, Mitchell Anderson - brother, Kenneth Anderson - brother

She was employed by the United States Postal Service for 34 years until retiring in early 2017. She was an active member of First Baptist Church Forney. Her hobbies and interests included time spent with family and friends, gardening, fishing, reading, and helping others. She will be remembered as a loving and selfless person that never met a stranger.

There will be a memorial service for Carolyn held on Saturday, April 16th, at 10:00 AM at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, TX for family and friends. Flowers are welcome; memorial contributions may be sent to FBC Forney.
