Cecil Woolbright,

WOOLBRIGHT, Jr., Cecil of Dallas, born July 19, 1925, passed away September 7, 2003. Cecil served in the US Marines and participated in action in Guadalcanal & Tulagi and Tarawa in the Gilbert Islands, Saipan, & Guam in the Marianas Islands, Iwo Jima, & Volcano Islands. Survived by wife, Frances Woolbright of Dallas; sons, Michael Woolbright, Aaron Woolbright; daughters, Lynne Woolbright.; Celia Woolbright; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brothers, James, Lester, Charles; sisters, Margie, Katherine, Frances, Linda; many nieces, nephews & friends. Services will be 2:00PM Thursday, September 11, 2003, at the Bethany Baptist Church, 7300 Bruton Rd., Dallas, with Rev. Terry Blankenship, officiating. Interment will be in Grove Hill Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
