Charles Donald Waldrep

Charles "Charlie" Donald Waldrep, age 88, was called home to be with the Lord on June 5, 2023.

Charlie was born in Brady, TX on September 29, 1934 to Odis Colton Waldrep and Alma Lou Waldrep. Charlie married Jean McKinnon Waldrep of Dallas on December 21, 1968.

He is preceded in death by Wife, Jean Waldrep, Father, Odis Colton Waldrep, Mother, Alma Lou Waldrep and his son David Lynn Liles.

He leaves behind a daughter Lauren Gannaway and her husband Randall of Dallas, 3 grandchildren, Brittany Burridge, Brynn Johnston, and Reese Gannaway along with 5 Great-grandchildren and 4 Nieces, Michele Cortez, Martha Matthews, Mona Brady and Jan Bearden.

Charlie's life was full of laughter, love for his pets and his love for music. He was loved and adored by many and known for his giving heart.

Graveside Services for Charles Waldrep will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023, at 10:00 AM at New Hope Memorial Gardens with Kim Morgan officiating and for his service to our country he will receive military honors.
