Cherry Crowley

Cherry Kay Crowley, age 84, went to her heavenly rest on Wednesday, June 18, 2026, while surrounded by family, which was the most important thing next to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was born on March 21,1942 to parents, Clyde and Johnnie Pritchard in Stamford, Texas.

Cherry loved her family fiercely and took great pride in being a stay-at-home mother and housewife who would do anything for them. Throughout the years, she would work at various jobs to help the family get by. One of which was to put her husband, Jerry, through college at Texas A & M. Later on, after surviving a bout with cancer, Cherry rekindled her relationship with the Lord and has been a faithful and devoted Christian for over 30 years.

Cherry is survived by her husband, Jerry Crowley, who she was married to for 66 years; their 4 children, 6 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild with another expected next month.

She was preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings, and 1 grandchild.

Services for Cherry Crowley will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Sunnyvale First Baptist Church with a visitation at 10:00 a.m. and funeral service following at 11:00 a.m.. She will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Tuxedo, Texas on Thursday, June 25, 2026 with a private family committal service.
