Christopher Joe Alaman Duarte was born in Dallas, Texas on February 13, 1979. Chris was a very loving and affectionate child and that trait stayed with him throughout his entire life. His smile and personality lit up every room he walked into. He loved giving big hugs and lots of kisses and telling people how much he loved them.

Chris attended Bryan Adams High school in Dallas. His career was creating art from granite and he was passionate about his craft. He brought joy to so many people with his customized artistry. If you met Chris then you met a friend.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Juan Duarte and his uncle Ricky Duarte.  He is survived by his son Christopher Elijah Duarte, parents Cindy & Tony Aguilar, grandparents Yolanda & Joaquin Bermudez. Siblings: Felicia Flowers, Yolanda & Justin Besherse, Delilah Lopez, Leticia & Jorge Orona, Joel Lopez, Robert & Carmen Lopez, Christine Lopez and Chelsea Taylor. Uncles John Duarte & Michael Ayers, Aunts Leticia Ponton, Gracie Alaman and aunt/godmother Josie Alaman. Also a multitude of nieces, nephews and cousins.
