Christopher Eric Stepp

Christopher Eric Stepp was born at Hillcrest Baptist Hospital, in Waco, Texas on June 12, 1972. He became a Christian at age nine, and was baptized at Casa View Baptist Church. He was a member of Oates Drive Baptist Church, at the time of his passing.

Eric was a friend to everyone who knew him. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, grandson, cousin, and uncle. He had a passion for taking family pictures, watching sitcoms, and anything related to electronics and technology. He had a good sense of humor, and kept up with Republican politics. History and reading the Bible were some of his favorite pastimes. 

Eric graduated from Mesquite High School in 1993, and was employed by Quality Intermodal and Mesquite High School during his final years. 

Eric is survived by his parents, David and Gail Stepp, sister Emily Nelson (David), nephew Xavier, and nieces Angela, and Lizet.

His funeral will be held at New Hope Funeral Home, in Sunnyvale, on June 30, 2018. Following, will be his burial at Restland Cemetery in Dallas.
