Christy Coile

May 4, 1965 — June 17, 2024

Vibrant from a very young age, raised by a close knit and loving family, Christy grew up loving the arts. The youngest of 4 siblings it quickly became apparent that she was headstrong and fearless (and maybe a bit of a problem child - lovingly so). Always quick with a smile and a hug, she was adored by family and friends alike. As she grew into herself she ventured into the world finding a deep love for traveling. She spent many years traveling with family and as a solo traveler before settling back down in Fort Worth. She was a jack of all trades happily lending a hand as her family continued to expand. Widely known as the 'cool aunt' between her growing nieces and nephews she always promised a good time no matter where she was or what she was doing. She had so much love to give and made sure everyone around her knew so. Her older sister, Elaine, was her best friend. She helped launch a successful renovation company with their only brother before leaving to care for their ailing mother and father. She maintained a positive and upbeat attitude throughout her life, picking up traveling once again with family until her cancer diagnosis. She strove to make sure her cancer did not define her, keeping a smile on her face and love in her heart. She lived every single day surrounded by those that love her before peacefully passing. She is survived by her siblings, nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews, and many friends. She was welcomed after death with open arms by her father and mother, Ronald and Glenna Coile. Her family takes solace in knowing she has embarked on the ultimate vacation with them as they explore the universe, together once again.
