Cynthia Patrice Dodd Harvell of Waxahachie, Texas was born March 13, 1958 in Lynwood, California to Gordon Stanley Dodd and Amanda Joann Williams Dodd.  She married Billy Jack Harvell on November 11, 1981 in Inola, Oklahoma. 

Cindy held a number of jobs and was fully dedicated in every position. Most recently she worked at Tenet Healthcare and previously at BUMC for 10 years. Cindy was a Master Scrapbooker and enjoyed crafts with her grandchildren Brooklyn, Harper and Wyatt. She loved shopping for home décor, especially at First Monday in Canton. One of her happiest times in life was celebrating holidays with her family, when she could spoil her all of her loved ones in tradition. Cindy's greatest joy though was her grandkids and family. They were her world.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul Anthony Dodd; daughter, Chelsea Harvell; and step-son Billy Jack Harvell Jr.  Surviving are her husband, Bo Harvell; daughter Whitney Christopher and husband Blake; step-daughter, Angel McMore; grandchildren, Bryan McMore, Kevin McMore, Sarah McMore, Brooklynn Christopher, Harper Christopher and Wyatt Christopher; sister, Teri Moon and husband, John of Seguin, TX, and their children, J.C. Moon and wife Kimbra, Samantha Gutierrez and husband Felix, Jordan Moon, and James Bookout and wife Nina; multiple other nieces and nephews; Aunts, Helen Dodd of Anna, Il and Carol Bruner & husband Billy Bruner of Beggs, Oklahoma.; and many best friends, also known as cousins.
