Dan Everett

Dan Ray Everett, age 85, of The Colony, TX, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020. He was born December 20, 1934 in Athens, TX to Daniel Abner Everett and Florence Amanda Everett.

Dan served in Navy during Korean Conflict. He attended SMU to obtain Insurance License, and was active as an insurance agent for many years and he worked at TI for 33 years. Additionally, he worked as a surveyor.  Dan loved his dogs; he was a passionate story teller and he never met a stranger.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents; and 16 siblings.

He is survived by sons, Dan Alan Everett, David Ray Everett; daughter Danna Kay Everett; 5 grandsons, Blake, Brice, Adam, Alex and Kevin; and 2 great-granddaughters.
