Donna Lee Frasier, born on November 7, 1955, in Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully following a lengthy illness in Dallas, Texas, on February 27, 2026, at the age of 70. A dedicated computer programmer, Donna earned her Associate's Degree while balancing her studies with full-time employment at the City of Mesquite, exemplifying her commitment and determination.

Donna cherished her family above all, expressing her love through cherished moments spent with her husband of 51 years, Lanny Frasier, and their son Justin Frasier and daughter-in-law Kara Frasier. She took great joy in her role as a grandmother to Jaylan, James, and Duke, and great grandmother to Nolan, creating lasting memories that her grandchildren will forever hold dear. Donna also embraced the role of caregiver to her beloved puppy, often sharing her spirit of love and companionship.

An enthusiastic traveler, Donna enjoyed exploring new places with friends and indulging in her passion for playing keno. She found joy in connecting with her community through her Sunday school class, as well as with friends in Mesquite and Cisco, the towns she called home. Christmas was a particularly special time for Donna, marked by a love for festivities and family gatherings.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, March 7, at the New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas. Visitation will take place at 9:30 am prior to the service and she will be laid to rest at 4:00 pm in Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco, Texas. Her legacy of love, dedication to family, and passion for life will continue to inspire those who knew her.

Donna was preceded in death by her mother Carlene Conner and her step-father Bob Conner. She is also survived by her brother Ronny Powelson and wife Leisha of Edmond, Oklahoma, aunt and uncle Carolyn and Jerry Pence of Georgetown, Texas, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the City of Mesquite Animal Shelter, Mesquite Education Foundation, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
