Dorothy Louise Britt, 84, of Mesquite passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, May 28, 2022. She was born on August 9, 1937 in Dallas, Texas to Floyd and Catherine Rogers.
Dorothy enjoyed a career in the insurance industry and continued to work until she was 70. She enjoyed traveling, baseball games, shopping, casino trips and spending time with her family.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister Mary Ann Oringderff (husband Kenneth), three daughters: Carol Renfro, Sharon Miles (husband Thomas), Lisa Hartwick (husband Troy), and a son, Maxie Britt, Jr. (wife Amy). Dorothy was loved by 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
