Greg Wilkerson

July 25, 1964 — September 11, 2023

Gregory Allan Wilkerson was born on July 25, 1964, in Staten Island, New York, to David and Gwen Wilkerson and passed from this life on September 11, 2023. He is survived and grieved by his children, Alyssa (Aaron) and Ryan (Becca), their mother, Teresa, young granddaughters, Adalyn and Chloe, siblings, Gary, Debi and Bonnie and countless friends and family members.

As a boy, Greg's energy was boundless and his enthusiasm for life and adventure kept him running in circles around the entire Wilkerson family, much to their amusement and perpetual chagrin. As a precocious 3-year-old he once jumped on his tricycle and pedaled to his grandma's house nearly a mile away, leaving his mother in a near panic when she realized he was gone!

In 1985, Greg married the love of his life, Teresa, with whom he shared over three decades. To their union were born two beloved children, Alyssa and Ryan, who were their father's greatest pride and joy. Their family shared a deep bond and his unwavering love and support was constant in their lives.

Greg's journey through life was marked by a unique passion and creativity that touched the hearts and souls of those around him. He was a man of many talent sand interests: a skilled writer and communicator, acclaimed filmmaker, sports enthusiast, outdoorsman, and even a painter. His creative spirit knew no bound sand his work was well-recognized and often celebrated.

As a minister of the gospel, Greg possessed his father's God-given ability to get his message across with clarity and conviction. His life and his ministry impacted and challenged young people to commit their lives to the Lord. His love for Jesus Christ was unshakeable. Greg Wilkerson's legacy will live on in the hearts and memories of all who were privileged to know him.
