David Ewing, an entrepreneur, metal fabrication master and life-long resident of Dallas, TX died on September 3, 2021, at the age of 68.
David is survived by his mother Martha Ewing; his children; Jonathan, Jenifer, Kristin and Luis; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jacob, Trevor and Linkin.
David was a devoted Father and Papa to his children and grandchildren. Who also had a love for race cars, motorcycles, baseball and family. David loved working with his hands and was extremely talented in his ability to fix things. After his children grew up David took on his own hobby of racing his motorcycle for many years. While also enjoying hunting and time with family. As David’s grandchildren got older his love for them shined so bright everyone who met him could see that special bond, he held with them. David’s free time revolved around his grandchildren. From being their pit guy and go kart mechanic to being their personal batting coach and everyone’s cheerleader he was always there. Many times, David would comment on how amazing it was that his four grandchildren had similar passions as he did. Racing, Baseball, Artistic abilities and most importantly a love for Jesus Christ. David was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and tried his best to live his life for God. Because of his example his children, grandchildren and countless others have found faith in God, Jesus Christ. He loved God and wanted his family to know and love God.
