Preceded in death by wife, Mary Carter; parents, Earl & Maggie Carter; brothers, Herbert Carter, Kenneth Carter, Joe Carter, Dalton Carter, Bill Carter. Survived by brothers, Raymond Carter, Donald Carter, Albert Carter; sister, Lois Marie Gambrell; many other loving family and friends. Graveside service will be 2:00PM Tuesday April 29, 2008 at Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.
