Jerry Wayne Roznovsky was born June 4, 1970 in Dallas, Tx to John Roznovsky and Elaine Hunt. Jerry was called home to his heavenly father on February 18, 2022 and is survived by his wife Kathy, mother Elaine, brothers Johnny Roznovsky, Mike Roznovsky and James "Tiger" Morgan.Jerry Attended H. Grady Spruce High School where he met his future wife of 26 years, Kathy. Together they raised 3 wonderful children; Stephen Martin, Danielle Snyder and Haley Dollison. Jerry and Kathy celebrated the birth of 4 precious grand children; Hunter and Emma Snyder and Jaxin and Odin Martin.The most important things in Jerry's life were God, his family and his union. Jerry always believed in God and had a great abundance of Faith. His love for his family was a great and powerful love, and his grand children were truly the apples of his eye. Jerry was a lifelong member of Teamsters Local 745, where he loved his brothers and sisters dearly. "Peanut" as he was called, was a devoted member of Local 745 and wore their emblem with pride daily.Jerry's favorite pass time was fishing, and always said fishing was the best way to bring rest to his mind and peace to his soul. This time of the year all he would do was talk about crappie fishing. He especially loved to crappie fish with his son-in-law Dustin and grandson Hunter.Jerry always made it a point to let people know how much he cared about them in the simplest of ways. Whether it was a phone call to check on them, or a text of happy holiday on all holidays. Jerry will always be remembered as a kind, loving man with a big heart who was always willing to to step up for those he loved.
