John Anthony Duckworth of Forney, Texas was born September 8, 1968, in Dallas, Texas and passed away December 14, 2024, in Sunnyvale, Texas.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, Howard Duckworth, Ressie Duckworth, Esperanza Cortez; mother, Hope Duckworth; brother, Steven H. Duckworth and nephew, Steven Duckworth.
John is survived by his father, Johnny Duckworth; stepmother, Gracie Duckworth; sister, Gina Duncan; brothers, Leonard and Ricky Duckworth; son, John "Dusty" Duckworth; daughter, Alyssa L. Duckworth; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation and memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, December 20, 2024, at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel in Sunnyvale, Texas followed by burial on the grounds at 2:00 PM.
