In his younger years, Johnny found joy in listening to music, dancing and playing card game activities that filled his life with happiness and energy. He appreciated the simple pleasures and most of all, spending time with family.
Johnny was a creative soul, known for his remarkable talent as an inventor. He took immense pride in his accomplishments and demonstrated an incredible ability to bring ideas to life. His inventive spirit inspired those around him, and he always encouraged others to think outside the box and pursue their passions.
Johnny leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will endure through the ages. His steadfast companion on life's journey, his devoted wife, Joane Pomara, stood by his side with unwavering support and endless love. Their bond was unbreakable, a testament to the power of enduring love. Johnny's heart was filled with boundless affection for his blended family, a source of immeasurable joy and pride for him. He shared a special connection with his stepdaughters, Diane Akerman, Sheri Mills (Randy), Pam Culifer, and Gail Culifer, appreciating the unique blessings they brought into his life.
However, Johnny's true delight was found in the laughter and love of his grandchildren. Jason Culifer (Christina), David Akerman, Brooke Cooke (Matt), Sheena Monrial (Trea), Adam Echols, Tiffanee Culifer, and Kayla Echols filled his days with happiness and warmth, creating a tapestry of cherished memories that will forever hold a special place in his heart. He is survived by many nieces and nephews Diane Mabry, John Pomara, Ginger Buschardt, Mary Beadling (Glen) and David Pomara and cousins Micheal and Tommy Marino who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
