Katie Hooker Oakley, born 7-3-1935 in Yantis Texas.

Predeceased by husband, Butch Oakley, son - Cliff Oakley, parents Paul & Odessa Hooker, brother and sister-in-law James and Betty Hooker, brother Jerry Hooker.


Survived by daughter-in-law, Rhonda Coburn Oakley. Brother and sister-in-law Jack & Brenda Hooker. Sister-in-law Frances Hooker.
Many nephews and nieces.


Retired from Travelers Insurance. Current member of First Baptist Church of Meadowview.
Former member of Grandview Baptist and East Grand Baptist.
She loved shopping, cooking, jewelry, shopping, makeup, fishing, perfume, and did I say SHOPPING?
She was very well known for her desserts. Every time she would cook something she would always say, "this is the best I have ever made".
