Kevin Kassen

Kevin Kassen, 33, of Plano, Texas, passed away surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born on May 21, 1992, in Columbia, Missouri, to Kirby and Caren Kassen. Kevin later made his home in Forney, Texas, and most recently in Plano.

Kevin believed that eternal life is possible only through the atoning work and hope found in Jesus Christ. He had a lifelong passion for fitness and strength training, reflecting his discipline and strong work ethic. Kevin was determined in everything he did, always striving to be his best and inspiring others with his drive and focus.

He is survived by his father, Kirby Kassen, and his brothers, Chris, Steven, Craig, and Kyle Kassen. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Caren Kassen.

A service to honor Kevin's life will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel in Sunnyvale, Texas. Kevin will be remembered for his unwavering care for those around him and his continual pursuit of excellence. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him, and he will be deeply missed by his family.
