Lynda K Jordan

Lynda Jordan born as Linda Nell Jefferson, November 27, 1950 in Waco, TX to the parentage of Samuel Jefferson I and Tabitha Henry.  Lynda received her formal education from Waco High School.  She worked in Home Heath Care for 16 years and telecommunications for 5 years.  She loved watching movies, TLC, shopping, and the casino.  She was always the life of the party, keeping everyone around her laughing.

Lynda was a member of New Praise Ministries, Paster Eva Gibson, until her health failed.

Lynda loved her grandchildren, her nieces, nephews, and cousins.  at every opportunity she spent time with them, babysat and always was bringing them some “treats”.

She was joined in matrimony to Melvin Jones (Waco, TX.) and Chauncey Jordan (Dallas); to this union 2 children were born, both preceded her in death.  She is also preceded in death by per parents, brothers, Samuel Sr. and Calvin Jefferson; sisters, June Jefferson, and Lateefah (Johnnie Joyce) Muhummad; nephew, Samuel Jefferson, Jr., and niece, Stephanie McNealy.

Lynda Kaye will be missed by her children Keshia De’Shawn (Reggie) and Keith Leon (LaKeitha), grandchildren, Chrishawn “Cutie”, Kei’Nyah Leonae, and Keith Leon, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Nyla Denise Unique; brothers Ezekiel Jefferson(Dallas) and Marvin Curry (Waco); in-laws, Jerry Jordan, Terri Jordan-Williams and Danny Jordal (Ovilla); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
