Martha "Eunice" Griffith Stone was the fourth child born to Bertha and Jahue Griffith in Duncan, Oklahoma, on February 7, 1925. She passed away peacefully on November 2, 2026. Eunice married the love of her life, Ancil "Zeb"Stone on April 5, 1942, just before he was sent overseas to fight in World War II. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother and friend. Eunice loved God and her family deeply and exemplified what it means to be a Christian. She dedicated over 70 years teaching a Sunday School class - ranging from preschool to senior ladies' during that time. Several things gave her great joy: attending Southern Gospel Singings (amassed a huge collection of tapes, records, and DVDs of all of her favorites!), playing Skip Bo and 42 with family and friends, watching the Texas Rangers (when they would win!), and just being around her family and friends. We will miss her terribly, but find great joy in knowing she has finally made it to her final destination where she will be with Jesus for eternity.

Eunice is preceded in death by her beloved husband, parents, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by three children/spouses: Lynell and Bill Douglass, Marilyn and Roger Mayes, and Bobby and Susan Stone, 7 grandchildren - Michael Hunsaker, Lance Mayes (Jennie), Jeff Stone (Tracey), Tiffany Deuell (Paul), Kristi Hunsaker, Ami Reeves (Curtiss), and Russell Hunsaker (Ashley); 23 great grandchildren, 16 great great grandchildren (with one on the way), and numerous extended family.
