Survived by parents, Michael & Evelyn Wortham; sisters, Julie & husband, Randy Smith, Amy & husband, Shane Miller, Angie Boileau; nieces and nephews, Neil, Ashley, Matthew, Kelsey, Hanna, Preston, Ryan, Gavin & Megan; grandmother, Juanita Wortham; and numerous other loving family and friends. Service will be 10:00AM Saturday May 20, 2006 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel.
