Nancy A Kiely

July 27, 1952 — April 20, 2023

Nancy Ann Kiely, of Forney, TX, passed from this life on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at the age of 70.  She was born on July 27, 1952 to parents Lawrence and Katherine Wolf in Woodburn, Oregon and was one of thirteen children.

Nancy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She attended Lewis & Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho where she met and married Daniel Lynn Kiely on December 5, 1970.  Shortly after their marriage, Nancy worked as a secretary in the surgical ward at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Lewiston.  The couple later moved to Portland, Oregon where she worked as a sales associate for Lamonts Clothing Store.

Nancy loved being in the outdoors where she enjoyed many activities such as health walking, waterskiing, swimming, world traveling, and especially tennis.  She was involved in the USTA City League Championships in Portland and was a gold medalist in Ladies Doubles in the State Games of Oregon.  After moving to Phoenix, Arizona, she served as the USTA Children’s Tennis Coach in the Phoenix area.  Ultimately, next to her family, tennis was her passion in life.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Katherine Wolf; brothers, Ben, Timothy, Jim, Russ, Randy, and Rick; and sisters, Becky, and Mabel.

She is survived by her loving husband, Daniel; sons, Brandon and Michael; grandchildren, Luke, and Madison; sisters, Irene, and Rennae; brothers, Nick, and Tobe; and her Yorkie, Jake.
