WOMACK, Nancy Carole of Forney, born December 7, 1938, passed away August 14, 2011. Preceded in death by father, Wilford Lackey; mother,Jenna Rose Lackey; son.Kenneth Chism. Survived by Spouse: Willis Womack; Daughter: Katherine Edhlund; Grandchildren: Erik Edhlund, Devin Edhlund, Erin Chism; Great Grandchildren: Jared, Seth, Sidney. Service will be 2:00PM Saturday August 20, 2011 at Water of Life Luthern Church, 12340 FM 1641, Forney, TX. 75126. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Water of Life Lutheran Church.
