Patricia Marie Foster

September 20, 1945 — November 18, 2022

Patricia Marie Foster (Pat), known to many as "Granny", 77 years young of McKinney, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 18, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

Pat was born on September 20, 1945, to Margie and Harold Hawkins of Liberty, Texas. She was the oldest of three siblings who lived her life as a Christian servant, a God-fearing woman, and a prayer warrior, who prayed fervently and loved unconditionally. Her devotion and faith in the Lord were undeniable. Pat was a loving mother, granny, great granny, and friend to everyone she met. She carried herself with grace, and class, and was full of life. She was truly one of a kind with her genuine soul, her infectious smile, and a laugh that will never be forgotten. Pat went above and beyond to make everyone she met feel special, especially her family. She was a spiritual mentor to many and had an abundance of wisdom and words of encouragement for others. Pat had an unconditional love for her family and friends, and she leaves behind a legacy that we will carry on in our hearts forever.

She is preceded in death by her mother Margie Hawkins, father Harold Hawkins, and brothers David and Ronnie Hawkins.

She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Foster, her son, Randy Foster, and his wife Kristen. Grandchildren Tiffany and husband Steven Cheshier Jr, Stephanie and husband Michael Bomer, Laci and husband Bart Walden, Chandler and husband Obie Hallum, and Cody Foster.

Great Grandchildren include Tyler Miller, Bryleigh Bomer, Steven Cheshier III, Wyatt Cheshier, Barton Walden, and Charles Hallum.

Pat (Granny) was loved, cherished, and will be dearly missed by so many. Granny wouldn't want us to mourn her loss, she would want us to celebrate the beautiful life she lived and rejoice that she is now with her Lord and Savior, whom she loved and served.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, for who so ever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Pat was passionate about life, so instead of flowers, you can donate on her behalf to preborn. org
